venue: Aranda Country Club (it's at pasir ris)
date: 20-22 june (fri-mon) -3D2N-
budget: $22 per person (includes bbq)

we need help from the following people:D
1. tengfoong -- boon chalet:D
2. jiayin/yuning -- ntuc membership:D

basically the budget will be for..
1. chalet -- $300 per night = $600 for two nights
2. bbq -- $236
